If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment here that I booked through zocdoc, which I had never used before. I did a google search because she was assigned as my primary care physician through my insurance. I spoke to her office ahead of my appointment on 2 separate occasions and explained to them I had insurance to which they said no problem to bring it during my appointment. Transferred my wife to her care directly from hospital with vital meds to be administered every four hours. She completely ignored this circumstance and took her sweet time to review. My wife suffered as a result and I regret placing her in this physicians care.

Would not recommend—had pending authorizations and the office stated they'd call me back and never did. I followed up numerous times and not once was I acknowledged nor received a call back. When I followed up with my insurance, I was informed there was no authorizations processed! Moved on to another doctor....
