From the first visit to the most recent, ETS did an amazing job of engaging my son not only in the quest for physical improvement but also welcomed him into the ETS community. the atmosphere is always so positive and welcoming! everytime i come i know that i will have a great workout because of the people around me! not only does the rochester ets facility have a great workout space but also has personal workouts for every individual!
