I just had a bum spare tire and my lug nuts were messed up. They not only changed the tire, they put on better lug nuts and went out of their way to make sure I was ok to drive. I highly recommend these guys!!
Eddie gets all my business. ET's knows their business and i appreciate them explaining everything to me. Eddie doesn't put any parts on unless ur car needs it, then he talks to car owner first. These guys are great.
You guys really understand what you're doing, care about your customers, and made sure we were fairly treated. You were quite impressive and to let you know we are safe in Columbus.
Eddie is awesome!! He's always described all the problems, the priorities and the costs for the various repair work and then let me decide how/what needs to be done at each point. This is especially important when you live on a tight budget. He is also careful with the scheduling so that you know how long your car will be gone and when you'll get it back. He really worked with me when my VW Golf diesel engine failed and finding a replacement was difficult. I really can't say enough positive things about him!!!
Really solid people who work here.
