Caren P. Michelle has been cutting my hair for several years and she is one of the best stylists I have ever had--she is a total pro with the scissors. I have rarely done salon color though, but I'm growing my hair out and my gray is really starting to be hard to color well myself, so I had Michelle do an overall color and highlights. beware worst hair experience I've ever had. tried to communicate with Michelle and she got really defensive and dragged another stylist over to tell me it looked great as I sat there with tears running down my cheeks. It was way too short and the highlights were put in the wrong direction so instead of looking like strands of highlighted hair, it looked like tufts of color - kind of like a tabby cat. almost $200 for cut/color with about eight foils of highlights. Never again.
