We paid $700 dollars for an appraisal, I called Eugene the specialist that gave his opinion on how much the house was worth in a report that contained for than 15 pages. Now being my fiancé and I are new to home buying process we called the number on the report because it stated “if you have any questions feel free to contact blah blah blah” I contacted the number, no answer left a message.
