etrade has been great for me. there is nothing else i wish for in a brokerage account. the website runs like a Swiss watch better than 99% of the time. No issues with accounting or transfers whatsoever. thanks etrade for the very good service.

I've been a loyal customer for almost 30 years. For the last few weeks the site will suddenly go down, like 5 times a day. This is not good as I trade often. Today the site has been down for almost 30 minutes. Customer service is not answering, I'M SO FRUSTRATED!!! Might be time to change platforms.
The worst brokerage firm ever! Sent me an email with a promotional offer, followed all the instructions to open an account and transfer money, but they don't honor it! It says the offer was from last year and cannot enter into the system, what a joke! STAY AWAY!
Genuinely horrible service. Constantly logs you out and 2FA often fails, requiring you to call them to reset. Wish I could give 0 stars! Use another platform!!
