This company does not have a legitimate customer service department. Tired the chat waited for hours and the phone I waited for 2 hours multiple times
have been a member since 1999. it was alll good and great until i opened a new account under the same ID's and started using the money that's i been consistently depositing. all of a sudden, they needed all sorts of identification including a copy of my social security card. my account was restricted in everything EXCEPT FOR WHEN MAKING DEPOSITS until i provided these identifications. and the 1 hour and 15 minute wait over the phone just to realize that i couldn't fix my account because the agent expected me to have a copy o... read more
I spent hours today attempting to track down a 1099 form , no way. No people to answer questions, the AI is inadequate. The wait is 3-5 days response time. Take your money and go somewhere else.
