We had the absolute best experience with ETR! We had a sudden clog in our kitchen sink which turned into an even bigger problem that had been growing overtime. The guys were here within a day to find the root of the problem and back the next day to completely fix the dated pipes under our house. They were so personable and explained everything to us every step of the way, and the best part, they didn’t charge us our life savings to fix the problem! This company has been my go to for a couple years now. From water heater draining, installing pre-filters, fixing burst pipes, they are very good at getting things done right and fast. They're reasonably priced compared to the local big names, and also give great advice if you have any questions. I accidentally dropped a toilet paper roller in the toilet as it was flushing. I wasn't fast enough. Oops! I called ETR Plumbing first thing in the morning & they were here before noon. Only took Bruce & Bruce (father & son), a couple minutes to clear the clog. I WILL be using them for any future plumbing needs. Reasonable, professional & really nice guys.
We had our tankless hot water heater flushed and serviced - Bruce and Bruce were wonderful, we would recommend them to anyone! We will certainly be calling them again!
ENT is a locally owned, family-run business with three generations of plumbing expertise. The father-son team is incredibly responsive and professional. I texted them on a Sunday night and got a reply within five minutes. The issue was completely resolved within two days! They were friendly, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
