well, i must say and add to the review up top, ive been here as well never seen any of that. Its under a new mangament company, and they have made some great changes. alot of the old rif raf that was here has been evicted, and they have a great new staff. the apartments are very nice,and very spacious. I hear no noise at night and walk the property offton. its a small community and everyone knows everyone. so thats a good thing. i like it.
In my quest to find a place to stay i was given the advice to check out the Etowah Village apartments at 366 old mill rd Cartersville Ga.So one afternoon i decided to ride through and check the place out.Needless to say i was horrified to find numerous people in diffrent parts of the complex out with open containers of beer bottles and cans and others with cups who knows what they were drinking.All this i saw was being done in the prescense of children which was a bit distasteful.you have to stop and wait while adults and ch... read more
