On the morning of 1/26/26 I had an appointment @ 8:00 a.m. It was below freezing and snowing as I walked across the parking lot. I went upstairs and after waiting 20 minutes decided they weren't coming in due to the weather, although I had zero issues getting there on time myself. Anytime we call the office no one ever answers! My mother has an appointment we’ve tried rescheduling but no one answers or ever returns our calls even after leaving multiple voicemails. My mother went there today to reschedule her appointment and was told she wasn’t a patient there and that she couldn’t be found in the system. She’s seen Stephanie Moore, NP multiple times which I ridiculous. Something has to be fixed.

I have made appointments only to get there and be told that I don't have an appointment. Has happened too many times. Adios
