Etowah Heating and Cooling came and repaired my Central Unit on May 12th, 2023. When they completed the repairs I paid the owner Jamey $595.00 and he said he would send me an invoice. Since then, I have called, emailed, and messaged them numerous times, and 3 months later I still have not received an invoice or a call back with an explanation as to why. When I call the main number the lady I speak with takes down all my information each time and promises me that Jamey will get back with me. I have told her that they can mail... read more

I setup an appointment and they never showed up and never called. I've called twice since then and left messages and my calls were never returned. Seem nice but unreliable.
