Went in for color correction on haircut and color I had. Simon said 3 appts necessary to correct. I was horrified at the 3 rd appointment with taking my hair all dark, changing my cut and not doing what I asked. I’ve tried to handle this privately with him, but he won’t respond. I immediately had to get my hair fixed with 3 days after spending $300 with Simon and another $300 for a correction.
