All the reviews about the pests are true and it’s even worse when you experience it for yourself. I had the most traumatic experience living there. Moved out after 4 weeks. The building is so run down, I don’t know how Jennifer can live with herself knowing how disgusting the state of the building really is.
Worst experience I have ever had, renting for 15 years in Vancouver. This apartment building along with the Cambridge street location and any other apartments they own in the lower main land should be evacuated and burned to the ground.
The building is in horrible condition and under horrible management. Mice? Check. Cockroaches? Big time. Building manager is difficult to deal with and rarely fixes issues. Many people leave within a month or so of moving in. Do NOT rent here. You will be blamed for every problem. Take anything Jennifer says with a heaping pile of salt. Horrible management, and building in need of some repairs/fumigation. Caused so much stress, anxiety, and health issues living with pests. So many mice droppings everywhere, and they have literally ran around our feet. Found cockroaches and had a bed bug scare. All blamed on us. Worst of all, she lied to prospective landlords that we missed payments and were bad tenants. We could've been without a home before we caught on. Really, horrific experience. Do not live here. If you live here, Get out and document everything.
