Awful customer service and I don't know at this point if I will ever get my Nanopore sequencing results back.
Two days in a row I dropped off samples a little close to my specified order time (5-10 minutes early) and got nothing. They at one point posted a change in hours due to the holidays but that post is no where to be found so I don't know if I am submitting samples after an obscure cut off time.
