Before scheduling an eye appointment for my mother-in-law, I called your clinic to confirm that eye exams are covered under OHIP for diabetic patients. I was told that they are indeed covered. However, upon arriving at the clinic, she was informed that she would still need to pay, despite her being diabetic and eligible for OHIP-covered eye exams. Dr Sher...is the absolute Best..Nothing gets by him when it comes to eye health...He noticed something in 2023 which after 4 visits to Specs and sports has never been mentioned...and could have cost me dearly...Dr Sher I LOVE YOU!! he gets it..he makes you feel som comfortable..I will tell all my friends and family to go see him. Dr Sher could not correct my issue, but assured me it will be done in 2 to 3 weeks...and I just got the call and my issue will be addressed July 25... I appreciate you very much...Thank you
The doctors and staff were very friendly! It was a smooth process getting my eye exam and contact prescription, I would definitely recommend this place.
