Bad customer service
I am loyal returning customer to this business. But this time they wasted my half a day, when I called for my car spare parts I was told to come and pick it at 5:30pm, I drove the entire distance from Scarborough to North Queen I was told that the parts will come tomorrow. I said you wasted my whole day, but the store manager Mr. Farooq, with a very arrogant way said come tomorrow. Bad customer Service. I ordered a Radiator fan for 2024 camry on saturday to pick up on Monday. I confirmed that it should be single fan assembly and they said yes it is. Called them on Monday morning to confirm they received the radiator fan or not. They confirmed that they got the part. I drove half an hour to pick it up. And they got the radiator not the radiator fan. Mess up. Suggestion: make sure they order right prt for you. They do big mess ups. From $268 dollars to 1200 dollars.
