This place is horrible. I wouldn’t send my dog to this place. They treated me like a meth addict because my previous doctor had me on a benzodiazepine long term even though I took it as directed and as prescribed. They didn’t know what to do about it and just took me off of it which I agreed to. However, they didn’t have any alternatives that worked and don’t have any knowledge about how to taper off of them or what to do about it. I had an appointment at 5:00, but there was a long wait it took them extra 45 minutes just to call me in. What a bad service.
Always been terrible but just good enough if you had a cold or felt sick. Long waits even when there is no one there. My last visit I needed some help and was let down. I called was promised a call back, used messaging on my chart - no response. When I called back again rude and a complete waste of time. I saw Jennifer who didn’t do much listening, just wanted me out of there m. Anything past a minor cold go somewhere else. Thankful that Christus will be in town soon!
Went to UT HEALTH due to upper respiratory issues, Jennifer did a excellent job diagnosed my problem, prescribed my meds, feeling better in 7 hours, thanks
