The staff is wonderful but it is crawling with bugs inside and out so it's not very clean because there are bugs everywhere
The team at UT Health in Mineola has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. From the first person you meet to the nurses and Doctor, it is an A+ operation all around.
I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. Was kept waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time. My nurse was clearly intoxicated, had trouble finding the BP cuff, was slurring her speech so badly I had to ask repeatedly to hear her correctly and wrote down a completely wrong set of symptoms. Then went to the patient next door where I could clearly hear her discussing another patients symptoms.
