They're always booked, but when you go up there nobody is sitting in the waiting room. I've waited on hold for 20 minutes for them to answer. We got an appt after they answered for 30 minutes after that call, went up there no body waiting. People that answer the phones are rude.
This is a despicable place. Every experience I've had with this place has been horrible. My grandmother was taken here by ambulance, they literally did nothing for her at this hospital, told her she was constipated (bc that's been her problem the past couple times they took her there) & sent her home 2 hours later, without doing any tests, on pain meds. After the pain meds wore off, the pain started back up worse than before. She's taken to Memorial Hermann in the Woodlands & low & behold she has a perforated colon & has to ... read more
