Very disappointed in the hospital I grew up in. From Nan Travis to East Texas Medical Center to Now UT Health. Was scheduled for an appointment today with PA Grubbs. Walked in this morning after making it clear it was my only day to get in due to my work schedule. Upon arrival I was told she will not be able to see me till a later date. Very professional and caring. I really enjoy seeing Dr. Day.
Dr. Day is an outstanding physician. My father has severe dementia and other health problems. He is always generous and kind with him. He never talks down to him and takes his time and really listens and cares. He’s extremely intelligent as well as compassionate. To make it better, his nurse Amy is unbelievably empathetic and brightens up my mood with her professional yet cheerful demeanor. Thank you Dr. Day and Amy, y’all make healthcare amazing.
