I was Very pleased with my first visit by Dr Shane Smith. His staff was friendly and helpful. There was no wait time between checking in and being called back, and no wait time in exam room either. Dr Shane Smith, FNP at UT Health East Texas in Gun Barrel City has a great bedside manner. He listened and was Punctual, but thorough, as well. Direct and to the point, but not too pushy, either. I like that. I feel like I chose the right PCP for me. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
