I am filing a complaint regarding an individual who sold me a 2017 Nissan Altima through Facebook Marketplace. Although the seller presented himself as a private seller, he sells vehicles regularly and appears to be operating as an unlicensed dealer (curbstoning). The vehicle was sold to me for $2,500.
