Etica Salon is my favorite place to go and be pampered. My stylist there was KATIE, her mentor is owner Dani Steinberg. Now I see ANGIE. Etica Salon is not just your average hair salon. They are a leadership incubator for beautiful leaders!
Bad Experience – I went to the Etica Salon. I had a very bad experience with the way my hair was done. Talked to the owner (Danielle) who was very RUDE to me and basically called me a LIAR. Remember - I am the CUSTOMER and I am a liar. Nice girl that did my hair but bad experience. Very poor service and not very customer service orientated. The best! I have curly hair and its hard to cut but Angie at Etica did her magic and I love it. They must have a great training system there cause everyone works very well together.
Great place! – I came here twice after I had hip surgery because I couldn't wash my own hair without getting my stiches wet. Both times everyone was so nice and Amy gave me good advice about how to keep my hair looking fresh as long as possible - and it worked!
Loved my hair & the styling advice – Recently revisited after not being there for a couple years. Randomly went to Angie and LOVE HERLOVED-she gave me some styling tips that TOTALLY made a difference when I style my own hair now. Love it. Also, she personally called me a few days later thanking me and making sure I was still loving my cut. very cool.
Horrible – I used to go to this salon until the salon changed its name. Since then, it seems the owner made stupid rules and the many employees left and their main idea is to get people in and out as soon as possible. When I pay $200 to get my hair done I don't expect to be pushed out the door as soon as I walk in. The receptionist are not friendly and very untrained.

Doctor is on staff unlike alot of "medical spas". Has a wide range of services from botox and Restylane to non-surgical lifting and facials, hair removal. The Grove's finest hairdressers – I love walking into this salon and smelling all the aveda products. The girls that work here are so amazingly nice and helpful. I couldnt believe it. Their makeup artist helped me perfect my style. So I am DEFINITELY going back soon.
