ETI Digital Technology is amazing! I just bought two Roland mills and their customer service was excellent! Valerie gave me an amazing price and I had them delivered by Lulu that is just the best! She installed the softwares remotely without any downtime and a week later they arrived at my office. She trained us so well…we were up milling same day! Amazing! Valerie and Lulu are so attentive and made me feel great throughout the whole process! I definitely recommend ETI Digital Technology!

I am giving them a 5 Star, because they deserve it. They are a reseller for the software i used Millbox, but even then so, they also help me stuff with mills related. Which other company tech support will never do/help you with if it is not their own product/version. Their tech support go way beyond what they were supposed in my case. Even the Rep. she is awesome, she gets things done in no time, question gets answer and she always call you back if requested (some company does not speaking from experience).
