I don't know about any other areas but I know in ours Austin is the best around. He came out today and got my patients bed up and running quickly. He is really a great guy. Great commucator easy to talk to and listens to the problems and addresses them. You definitely need more guys like him on the payroll.
My son had a fluidized bed for many months for a pressure sore . The bed was old and extremely dirty when it got here. The minute they left it stopped working and it took probably a month to get it fixed because no parts. The doctor said this sand bed would be good for the wound that my husband has. We received the used bed in January 2025 before he arrived home from the hospital. In the same month a massage appears on the bed about zone 3 and the air. Called this person and he said unplug it and should reset.
