Scheduled Josh to come up to our rental to assess overall roof and attic quality and recommend repairs. We replaced it in 2019 after a local hailstorm. Great learning experience with Josh and pleased to hear that the quality of installation has held up now 6 years later. He helped prioritize some tune-up recommendations to keep the roof functioning as per design. Very helpful to see the pictures and specific locations of identified issues. Very knowledgeable and excellent communication. Highly recommend.
After some hail hit us this past summer, ethos roofing offered a free inspection of our roof. Josh Goertzen was honest in saying that our roof looked ok but noticed two places where our siding was damaged and needed repair. So we agreed on a fair price for the repair and the team of men came out and did the repair and took care of getting the materials and even matched the siding paint perfectly. We were happy with their integrity and getting the work completed without any problems. They did a quick job of it too.

We had a great experience with Bill from Ethos. He patiently answered all of our million questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He helped us navigate the insurance process which would have been much more difficult without his assistance. His team was quick, efficient, and did excellent work.
