What an amazing place to train. Having trained for multiple years across different locations and different countries I can whole heartedly say there isn’t many places like ethos. You want a community, a friendship group, a room that doesn’t judge you and instead welcomes you, teaches you, and has your back, then this is the place for you. Loyalty Honor Integrity is set of values that is flowed from a top down approach. You want to become the best version of yourself then look no further.

I’ve been lucky enough to have been part of the gym for a few years now, and Ethos is the best! The environment is welcoming, respectful, and motivating! I am a Mom in my late 30’s and never thought I’d get so involved in any sort of combat sport, but jiu jitsu has been addictive and we have an amazing group of ladies who encourage and support you! We also have great gentlemen who are great to train with. 10/10 recommend!

My best friend has been going here for BJJ for over two years four times a week. I went to watch and was extremely impressed with the quality of the place. Everyone was very welcoming. The professor(instructor) I met was impressive. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in a fantastic workout and to learn the art of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Amazing level of skill and enthusiasm! Other forms of martial arts are taught as well.
