My child has attended both the MMA class and the BJJ fundamentals class. The MMA class has been a great experience overall, with friendly, attentive coaches and a very welcoming environment. The BJJ “fundamentals” class, however, felt a bit advanced for a first-time student. The class size was quite large, which I understand can make it challenging to give individual attention to newcomers. I was in town for the holidays and visited this academy. Very nice space and the vibe of the instructor and students were good throughout the session. I'll return for another visit soon

Visited this gym and have nothing but kind words to say for the staff and members. They treated me so well and welcomed me with open arms. I am visiting for a few days and I’m from Texas. The professors provided great instruction and the fellow students were awesome and provided lots of tips for techniques as well. Would love to roll again here in the future!
