Staff are friendly and helpful! The refillery products are reasonably priced. You can bring your own bottle, pick up one of the donated bottles, or purchase a bottle. You can buy a small amount to try it out. The other products are a little pricey, but definitely in the range of what you’d give as a gift. I hate giving/receiving gifts because I feel like we all have too much stuff. I can feel good about gifts from ethos knowing they’re excellent quality, ethically sourced, and supporting small business.
Wow! It’s a dream come true! Some of the products I used only in childhood, like stainless steel lunch boxes. I’m incredibly grateful that I can find authentic, earth-friendly items in the heart of the Bay Area. Thank you once again! P.S: I’m canceling most of my subscriptions from existing big retailers.
