Very unprofessional. I emailed about an inquiry for a wedding, never received a response, even after a follow up email. Called the phone number on the website and all I get is a, "Hello". No introduction or name of company who/which I am speaking with. Tells me he will answer pricing information after his lunch break and tries to tell me to call again tomorrow.
