Stay away from this company. I usually don't write review but I want to make sure that I help someone out there, not to make the same mistake that I did by going with this lender. It's a waste of your money, time and efforts. They are THIEVES!!!!!
Zero stars if I could. Can't get autopay to EVER work. Call every month to pay my bill and to be reassured by a representative that all looks correct on their end and that it should work the next month...which it never does. The one thing I can allow the 1 star to go toward is the people I have talked to have been nice.
Cant get any one on the phone, or by email, or by text, not even Facebook. Zero costumer service :( I would give zero but I am forced to give at least one star
It is pretty much impossible to speak with a human being. Their phone answering service is designed to make it as difficult as possible. When you need an answer on something as important as your home mortgage it would be nice to be able to get the information you need.
