Subcontracted for ethos homes in 2017 and would recommend his services
BUYER BEWARE!!! I wish I could choose no stars. We connected with John Blouch + Ethos Home through the NYSERDA program. As first time home owners, we trusted that the contractors listed(you can only work with the program offered contractors) would be well vetted, but it is indeed not the case. The list of things that went wrong with our project + the work done by Ethos Home is absurd. The first day of the project, John started things off by renegotiating the contract.
