The employees treat patients horribly. They talk about the patients negatively behind their back. It starts at the top. They are supposed to be a "Christian" organization, what a joke.
My mother received excellent hospice care from several nurses, Alex the chaplain, Hanna, and an excellent aide through Ethos. They were attentive to my mother's needs, but also the needs of my family. Through their grace, our mother was able to pass on peacefully, surrounded by family. She was ready to go "home."
