From the moment I arrived at the Ethos Clinic in Emmaus, I was greeted by a friendly face who checked me in. The care team I am working with is amazing and very interested in my well being. I am able to work with them at my pace and on my terms while still being gently guided towards my goals. I am very grateful to the friend who referred me to this group of caring professionals and their helpful, friendly staff.
I just tried to make a payment and I was denied making a $5 payment on my account as well as my kids accounts a month since I am on disability. I was treated so poorly and disrespectfully by Melissa that she threatened me on the phone by saying” since you wrote a bad review about us I’m returning the favor and if you can’t pay more than $5 we will send you to collections. I then said, “ and that’s exactly why I wrote the review because of how you treating me now and I hung up. I will be reporting this to BBB .
