I have been coming here for years, and now I have the privilege of visiting the Lehighton location. Allison has been my provider for many years, and she has always taken the time to listen, make sure I’m doing well, and genuinely care about my overall well-being. Flagged for missing counseling due to having work twice and now I’m screwed out of receiving mental health help because of their ridiculous half thought out rules. I’ve called 5 times to get back in with carol and was told the manager said I was flagged. So you truly don’t have any idea what is going on in my life and denied me help. It seems like most of the people here leaving negative reviews have an issue taking accountability for their actions. Be honest and accountable, show up on time, pay what you owe. If you can't, communicate and they will likely work with you. Stop blaming others for your mistakes. Despite several complaints, they are constantly booked, which is good to see, because most of the people in Carbon County and surrounding areas DESPERATELY need mental health treatment. I love my care here at Ethos Clinic. I love Kristen. She is amazing. So very caring. Dr. Kim is awesome! The office staff is great. I speak with a couple of them at the front desk. Jen is amazing! Highly recommend.
