Absolute joke of a facility. We waited an entire month for an appointment to come all the way there and be told that our insurance isn’t affected by the physician THEY scheduled us with in the first place, so we could either pay a $100 fee which we do not have, or find somewhere else to go. The staff is obnoxious and extremely rude and unprofessional. You’re better off going behind the desk and scheduling yourself before you deal with these jokes of employees. All around a great staff, I've been with Ethos for YEARS and I plan on never changing!
Somebody here doesn't know how to communicate with someone in a moment of crisis. Couldn't even be nice enough to tell her name. Though, I did apologize for being loud because my AC was on. At no point did I insult or call her any names. I guess that wasn't enough for her. I'm sorry my problems made you feel uncomfortable enough to tell me to call back when I calmed down. The shittiest clonic I We've ever visited. The vegan ad and arabic lettering was pretty much suspicious from the beginning. Doctors are disrespectful, always lying and manipulating.
