All around a great staff, I've been with Ethos for YEARS and I plan on never changing!
Somebody here doesn't know how to communicate with someone in a moment of crisis. Couldn't even be nice enough to tell her name. Though, I did apologize for being loud because my AC was on. At no point did I insult or call her any names. I guess that wasn't enough for her. I'm sorry my problems made you feel uncomfortable enough to tell me to call back when I calmed down. The shittiest clonic I We've ever visited. The vegan ad and arabic lettering was pretty much suspicious from the beginning. Doctors are disrespectful, always lying and manipulating.
Would agree with other terrible reviews I saw. I gave my new insurance to these guys months ago when my job switched insurance coverage. I received zero bill, and their online billing system does not work. When I go into their online site it says I owe nothing. I had zero idea this whole time that they never took the new insurance and had not been charging any insurance for a year.
