Very inconsiderate. I booked and waited over a month for my appointment, and it was cancelled the night before due to something that happened 5 days prior to the appointment date. I could have seen 20 other people during this time.

Love It!!! Akilah keeps my hair together, she's sweet and very professional.
I love everything about Exotic Ethnic Hair salon! Akilah is the best. She is gentle, professional and educated about the hair and loc process. She shares her knowledge and gives great advice on how to take care of your hair at home, in between visits or whatever. Beautiful customer service and beautiful person. I’d recommend her to everyone!
