I did not know that Akilah's shop was online. She has styled my hair for over 10 years. One thing I enjoy is knowing that you are not going to wait for an hour while Akilah does someone else's hair. She knows how to schedule clients where there is rarely if ever any overlap. If there is, it's usually 10 minutes while she finishes up. Very inconsiderate. I booked and waited over a month for my appointment, and it was cancelled the night before due to something that happened 5 days prior to the appointment date. I could have seen 20 other people during this time.
