Not happy with service. The team member was polite and professional in behavior. However,. The "diagnostic assesment" which was nearly 250$ completely missed the issue. We (home owners not company) realized after and by investigating ourselves. The well was "running dry" due to a busted gasket on the toilet that was flushing water 24h a day... When that was fixed,. Terrible experience. I was charged more than quadruple the price that I found online for my exact model number water heater. A master plumber only reviewed photos after the fact and sent technicians to replace fittings they didn't do correctly the first time. When I reviewed the work after the second visit, I found they placed the new water heater on the old drip pan, where rusted water had been and it noticably does not fit properly. This is the second time we have used Ethical Plumbing and they certainly live up to their name. We had a major plumbing problem. Old cast iron pipes that had to be cut out and replaced. They didca great job and in less time than I figured it would take. I would highly recommend them. First class company.

Ethical Plumbing is hands down one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with here in the Upstate. From the very first call to the final walkthrough, their whole team was professional, on time, and incredibly respectful.
