⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with this plumbing company. Dominique and Brandon provided outstanding communication from start to finish. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they completed every repair professionally and with great attention to detail. They replaced an isolation valve, addressed other repair items, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their recommendations were honest, and they treated us with respect throughout the entire process. It is refreshing to work with plumbers who not only kno... read more

Not happy with service. The team member was polite and professional in behavior. However,. The "diagnostic assesment" which was nearly 250$ completely missed the issue. This is the second time we have used Ethical Plumbing and they certainly live up to their name. We had a major plumbing problem. Old cast iron pipes that had to be cut out and replaced. They didca great job and in less time than I figured it would take. I would highly recommend them. First class company.

If you are looking for a honest great plumbing company, look no further! Ethical plumbing has been AMAZING! I reached out to them for a second opinion and they were great. Fast to come out and fast to perform the work I approved. They went above and beyond what I expected. I’m happy to say I now have a plumber to call when needed.

Terrible experience. I was charged more than quadruple the price that I found online for my exact model number water heater. A master plumber only reviewed photos after the fact and sent technicians to replace fittings they didn't do correctly the first time. When I reviewed the work after the second visit, I found they placed the new water heater on the old drip pan, where rusted water had been and it noticably does not fit properly. Now I can't get the front office to call me back to give me a copy of my receipt after 'gua... read more
