I cannot recommend Ethical Plumbing more. They were very responsive and kind and got me on the schedule as soon as they were able to. Brendan was super professional and explained everything clearing, laying out all of my options. For service, experience and price, you cannot beat them!
Brendan Lemming was our plumber and I highly recommend anyone book with him! He was knowledgeable, seasoned with knowledge from years of experience and working across the US with different homes. He performed a check on several issues with our plumbing and was open with us and gave us options as well as a list of importance to lease importance. Once again, Scott was excellent! He was on his own today, but installed 2 toilets including all the gubbins under the floor in less than TWO HOURS! AND he cleaned up absolutely everything and hauled it away with him. I'm very very happy with Ethical Plumbing and will definitely call them again when I need a plumber! I write many reviews almost always positive. NOT this one mostly based on the total cost, specifically the very high labor cost/hour worked, and a failure by a manager to call me back after 2 weeks. 1 emergency stop and 1 "major toilet rebuild" (replace inside parts) Total Cost = $947.99 (Service Call=$99.99 Parts $125 = $224.99) LABOR = $947.99- $224.99 = $723 for 90 minutes! $482/hour! Very satisfied with their work. Had to have a new spigot put in to the upper deck, they came out and assessed, cutting minimally into walls and ceilings to identify where they could hook into. Came out again when the time came to do the actual work, and did so efficiently, with minimal interruptions. Yet, the technician communicated well, letting me know when the water was going to be shut off for a while and when the work was completed, allowing me to see what was done before finishing up.
