From my own experiences I would recommend not buying anything from this company. Ive been told, they have also been black listed from large real estate groups for their actions.
The exact opposite of "ethical". It is actually comical they named their business what they did. Im all about profitable real estate business but I would never cover up, hide or temporarily "fix" something to pass a known problem on to another person. Being ok with yourself screwing people over, just to put a little more profit in your pocket is not only unethical but also disgusting. It was quick, professional, and easy. Took away all the stress of showings and keeping our house immaculate the entire time. The process was great because we had a target property in mind and we were able to move quickly to make things happen.

They only wanted to pay me for the mortgage owed because they thought I was in foreclosure but I am not and it would be good if you had your home paid for only.
