Working with Barbie on the listing side was such a breath of fresh air. Barbie is a true real estate professional. She was always on top of what was going on, responded quickly, and made the closing of a manufactured home (VA) the best thing ever. These are harder deals to close because of the extra red tape associated with the VA and manufactured homes. She went the extra mile to help us out (lender) so we could close as smoothly as possible. I look forward working with her again soon.
