Mismanagement of funds, all across-the-board zero stars would not recommend using them.
This has been my family's business for decades now. As a long time small business in Texas City, my family has always tried to give honest and fair business, and has tried to work with people on various matters as much as possible. I have investigated a lot of the reviews on their business page and find them to be unfair, either angry tenants who did not pay their rent after working with them for months and were evicted. KAREN! she's rude as hell & unprofessional. Always has an attitude, no help what so ever, & is a liar. Needs to be fired if she isn't already. Seems nobody likes her too much. Not good for business.
