I have property that is currently managed by Etheredge Property Management. It has been managed for many years. I am highly satisfied. They have taken excellent care of my house. They have screened my tenants very well. I have had terrific tenants. When I had one difficult tenant, Etheredge handled it very well, with notices and eviction, and even went to court for me, at no cost. I currently live in a property that Etheridge Mgmt manages and instead of doing what a Management Property is there for. My experience is they Create Problems instead of fixing them. We reported problems a month ago and when I called to get an idea of when someone would be out to fix them our Property Mgr told us very rudely, I Dont know... I dont make the schedule.
