I have not been to the actual store however, I ordered from what I saw online with the help of Ebony. I am overseas and in less than 10 days I had my product in hand! I have no complaints and plan to continue shopping with Ethereal Lure Beauty Bar.
As soon as I entered the door I was greeted with a warm friendly smile, welcomed & how may I help you! Charli took the time to explain each natural hair care product to me so I could better decide what would work best for me. I didn’t feel pressured or uneasy as I browsed the store. I’d like to add that I will be visiting this establishment again in the very near future & I would recommend others do the same.
