I’m writing this review as a warning to future clients. I paid a $350 deposit and we signed a contract in Oct 2024. In Emily’s last email, she offered to set up a payment plan and I responded that I did want one. No response even after 2 follow up emails. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought that she may be prioritizing more imminent weddings and projects as she continued to post on IG throughout. Buyer beware. Terrible customer service. I had contacted Emily in November 2024 about preserving my sister’s bridal bouquet. She replied right away and said this is something she can do. Great! I was so excited to see the finished product. Fast forward to today, June 2025, I have heard from her twice regarding the bouquet. I’ve left multiple emails, Instagram messages, phone calls, trying to get info on when the bouquet will be done and how the process is going etc (meanwhile, she’s active on social media) She finally replie... read more
For a wedding gift to my daughter November 2024, I was having her bouquet preserved. Initial communication for design and pickup was prompt. Since then the here has been very slow response if any to emails, IG messages, or phone calls. 5 emails, 4 IG messages and 2 phone calls to be exact. All in the meantime I see posts about work she is creating??? I get if you are having personal challenges or whatever, but if you screwed up and forgot the bouquet in your car or something and it was unusable, it should just be good busine... read more
Emily is an incredibly talented florist and a true artist. I’ve followed her work for a long time, and was lucky enough to have her do the flowers for both my elopement and my birthday. Each arrangement was absolutely stunning—thoughtfully designed, beautifully balanced, and full of life. I recently had Emily create a gorgeous, large unique floral display for my mini sessions and she was so kind, prompt, creative and helpful!!! The florals were out of this world beautiful and she made 10 mamas SOOO overjoyed with the flowers they got to take home! My favourite florist ever!! I cannot recommend her enough
