A few weeks ago we visited Ethereal and had an awesome time talking to our bartender, Parsons. Great beer, great time, great bartender.
Very Friendly Bartenders and AWESOME beers. We had a great time. We will definitely go back next time we are in Lexington.
Ethereal was stop #3 from Indianapolis on our way to Florida, recommended by a great brewer from a previous pub. Not disappointed. I've been to about 150 craft breweries. This is worth the trip. If you're an IPA drinker, the Emblemata pure mosaic IPA had a character and balance similar to Zombie Dust, and the Hop Shaka Laka was distinctively smooth and full flavored. A flight of all the beers was reasonably priced and well worth the effort to find amidst a few great little distillers in a commercial district.
My favorite brewery to visit in Lexington. The owner is a very down to earth guy.
Absolutely the best time, great beers! I live in Florida and we have plenty of breweries and this one was amazing!
