“Ethel's Snarky!” My wife and I joined my buddy and his wife. I hadn't even heard of the restaurant as my buddy booked the reservation. We did the tasting menu and, while the food was good, it was pretty fatty overall. But hey, it's a tasting menu so I kind of expected that. The first few courses came as expected. But then all of a sudden three courses arrived at once (apparently they were hot and ready even though we weren't).
