I gave 5 stars for timely maintenance! Kind of rare in Allentown, so it was a huge relief when we moved in and basically needed a whole sink and they fixed it right away 🥹 They never ignored any request, and even though they definitely get busy and can’t always respond right away, they usually prioritize the worst fixes and will get back to you, just follow up! All this being said, shout out to Ethel Street maintenance team. They are crafty and do a lot with very little. Thanks everyone.
