I have been in my apartment on Linford Street for 2 1/2 years. Battle Street watch the property a year and a half ago and they have been outstanding Gabriella in the rental office has been an absolute angel. She has been very helpful and provided me with a lot of information on the questions I had. I moved out of state so I won’t be using their services anymore But all you can say is they were super five stars all the way

I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. I have been in the same apartment for 3 years now. These are properties in Hellertown. Ethel street bought out the apartments from the previous owners and it has been a nightmare ever since. You cannot get ahold of anyone, and when you do (it’s a miracle!) it’s a woman who answers the phone and knows NOTHING, and she has no idea what’s going on. I gave 5 stars for timely maintenance! Kind of rare in Allentown, so it was a huge relief when we moved in and basically needed a whole sink and they fixed it right away 🥹 They never ignored any request, and even though they definitely get busy and can’t always respond right away, they usually prioritize the worst fixes and will get back to you, just follow up! All this being said, shout out to Ethel Street maintenance team. They are crafty and do a lot with very little. Thanks everyone.
