I was excited to try out Ethel Reds. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and the owner. I had the free birthday dinner. The New York steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster tail was delicious. I've been waiting a long time for a good affordable restaurant like this to come to Visalia. The restaurant was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. I made sure to let owner know how impressed I was. I will be eating there real soon.
Went tonight....#1...hate to order our food at the counter....#2...the woman who took our order at the counter was rude...#3....waitresses screaming out order #s was disturbing.....#4.....ice tea tasted old and not brewed.....#5.....my new york steak was well done instead of med.rare and tough as shoelace, I could not eat it....#6....hubby had broccoli and it was raw not cooked, sent it back and requestef they cook it. Horrible food
Price is great but food is horrible, no seasoning on anything and tri tip needs to be sliced thinner for the sandwiches
