My experiences with searhc has been increasingly more frustrating with each interaction. For starters, its team has spread itself so thin that they are not able to effectively help their patients. I had an extremely bad infection that requires antibiotics that I was told I could call in and get refilled when needed. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone or to get a call back from anyone at this facility. I was waiting for a pre-authorization for an MRI which my insurance company stated they never received on 5 December, as stated by the office, that is when they sent it. So I called Their offices again to let them know how they need to submit the pre-authorization. I left two messages on two separate phone numbers, and then finally got a hold of a live person. I came in to urgent care to be seen and the lady behind the counter was not very pleasant and had an attitude from the beginning. She was rude to me when I asked her a question and just snapped at me like I was disturbing her peace. When I asked her her name she was rude about it.her name is Latisha. I went to Searhc last week Advanced Nurse Abby didn't even know how to use eye pressure gadget? While I was sitting there Watching her read Directions? From her phone? She didn't know what to do? She stuck it in my right eye ball 2x,twice??!!! & then while reading the Directions?
