It is impossible to get a hold of anyone or to get a call back from anyone at this facility. I was waiting for a pre-authorization for an MRI which my insurance company stated they never received on 5 December, as stated by the office, that is when they sent it. I came in to urgent care to be seen and the lady behind the counter was not very pleasant and had an attitude from the beginning. She was rude to me when I asked her a question and just snapped at me like I was disturbing her peace. When I asked her her name she was rude about it.her name is Latisha. I went to Searhc last week Advanced Nurse Abby didn't even know how to use eye pressure gadget? While I was sitting there Watching her read Directions? From her phone? She didn't know what to do? She stuck it in my right eye ball 2x,twice??!!! & then while reading the Directions? This review is regarding Dr. Keegan Jackson. I reached out multiple times via email and left phone messages with the nurses, as did the mortuary, to clarify important issues concerning my mom Rose. It has now been over three weeks with no response. I am shocked by the lack of common decency and professionalism. A simple, polite decline with reasoning or even directing me to the proper point of contact as I requested would have been sufficed. Clearly, civility is rare.
