Dawn at Ethel Kidd real estate was such a helpful broker. She found me the perfect location for my business located in he heart of the French Quarter. I won't be using any one else in the greater New Orleans area after the first class help I received from Dawn Leslie.
After reading the reviews from years ago I was hesitant to work with this company. I took a leap of faith and all I can say is WOW!! Im so happy I called and spoke with Dawn because she found me exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner. GREAT JOB DAWN!
About this "lady" now, folks. Ms. Kidd is infamous for not returning key deposits and also not returning security deposits. I made the gross mistake of dealing with this woman when I first arrived in New Orleans and lost a LOT of money! People! PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH this person!!!!!
This lady is one who when a lease has been paid in full upfront swindled me out of $18,000.
Deposit not returned. Left apartment in perfect condition and cleaned. Will never use again.
