RecommendedI NEVER have to worry about whether or not he's really being honest with me. We had a problem squeak with our car, it was grinding in the front right wheel. Ethan replaced some parts, it was still grinding but he assured us there was no safety issues, and to run it for awhile before we tried the next (expensive) replacement. He was right. After a few months, the grinding quit, and things were great. He's not afraid to tell you when he doesn't know what the problem is, and isn't trying to sell you something you don't need.
My husband’s car was due for an Emissions test. We took it in to a chain we have used and trusted in the past (as Ethan currently doesn’t do the Emissions test). The car failed and they told him that the work they thought would fix it (plus the E test) would be about $600 and if that didn’t fix it then the next repair they’d try would be thousands of dollars. It's hard to find a good mechanic, let alone one that values customer satisfaction over their own pocketbooks. Ethan has always worked on my vehicles and I've never been disappointed. Recently my Jeep's engine went completely kaput but Ethan helped find a crate engine, install it, and work out the inevitable bugs while it broke in. His work is quality, business ethics of the highest standards, and his prices more than fair. He's got us as customers for life!
