Highly recommend this clinic! Friendly and professional team offering chiropractic care, physiotherapy, and Pilates in one place. The Pilates classes are excellent and have improved my strength, posture, and movement. The instructors are attentive, and the clinic is warm and welcoming.

Seeing Jerry for a few sessions after disc herniation and finally feeling back to normal again🥰. His dry needling and muscle release technique was really good and gave noticeable relief straight away. Highly recommend.
