I took a Pilates class here and had a great experience. The instructor is very professional and pays close attention to detail, providing timely corrections that make you feel safe and supported. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even for beginners. There’s also a very cute dog in the studio, which adds a warm and welcoming touch to the atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!
I had a great experience at this clinic. The environment is clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. The staff are all friendly, attentive, and provide excellent service from start to finish. The Pilates instructor is highly professional, knowledgeable, and gives clear guidance tailored to individual needs. I felt well-supported throughout the session.
