When I called I did not get an answer, I left a message and was called back promptly. He came out the same day, quoted me a price and ordered my part for the dryer. Dryer was repaired, was very satisfied and would definitely call them again if needed.
These guys are the best! That is why they are sooooo busy. Dealing with them is just like when you go to the doctor's office. You have to wait your turn, maybe a long time. However, when it is your turn, you get undivided attention.They offer expert diagnostic and repair service. The guys don't usually answer their cell phones while they are working-because they are on your dime (That is why you have to leave voice mails). This company stated that they would come out for $75 to look at my washer that was not working to spin the clothes out. Was advised that they would be here between 3:30-4 pm. I called at 4 pm and was advised that they were still coming and that I was still on the list and that the rep probably got behind on another repair but was coming. I called Ethan's about repairing my dryer. They came out and informed me that my dryer was beyond repair and showed me the damage. the great thing is that they offered me a discount toward the purchase of another dryer. Thank You very much Ruth Concord,NC
3 1/2 years ago I got a large refrigerator from Ethan's appliance. The first year, they had to come out and work on the ice maker, but I haven't had any other problems with it. The owner and the delivery guy are both very nice. I have recommended Ethan's to several people since then. If I need another appliance I will buy it from them. 12/6/14
I PURCHASED A USED REFRIGERATOR FROM JARED AT ETHAN'S APPLIANCE SERVICE IN KANNAPOLIS, N.C. ON JUNE 20, 2011. THIS WAS PURCHASED FOR MY RENTAL HOUSE. JARED HELPED ME OVER THE PHONE BY ADVISING THE BEST REFRIGERATOR TO PURCHASE AT A REASONABLE PRICE. HE ALSO OFFERED FREE DELIVERY. I MET THE DELIVERY GUYS AT THE TIME SPECIFIED AT MY RENTAL HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT & POLITE. I HAVE BEEN 100% SATISFIED & WILL RETURN WHEN I NEED FUTURE APPLIANCES.
HORRID PRODUCTS & SERVICE – Sold us a BROKEN stove for $215.50. We should have known better than to purchase this when the delivery time was 12 pm and they FINALLY arrived a 8pm. After discovering the stove was broken we argued back and forth with them for numerous days trying to get it fixed or replaced.
